The Power and Performance Measures (PPM) comprise a battery of nine aptitude and ability tests that are designed to assess a broad range of skills and mental aptitudes. The PPM include both Power Tests (measuring reasoning skills which are stable over time) and Performance Tests (measuring actual performance and abilities). Selected tests can be deployed to gauge specific skills, or all nine tests can be administered together as a battery if a broader assessment is required.

The PPM are timed, multiple choice tests and range in length from 3 to 12 minutes. They are suitable for use in a wide range of occupational settings and are intended to help differentiate an individual's strengths and weakness.
