The SkillSoft™ Learning Assessment is a self-report questionnaire that assesses an individual’s personal competencies and identifies the SkillSoft™ courses that specifically address his or her developmental needs. Based upon the Personal Competencies Inventory, the SkillSoft™ Learning Assessment is comprised of 39 clusters of four tasks which subjects rank in terms of how effectively they perform each one. It can be completed in 20 minutes or less. 

The SkillSoft™ Learning Assessment is a diagnostic tool that pinpoints an individual's developmental needs and connects them with specific course suggestions. Because of its individualized recommendations, the SkillSoft™ Learning Assessment affords a time-efficient approach to skills development by focusing an individual's training efforts only upon those areas where there is an identified need.
