The Multi-CrafTest is a shortened version of the MainTest. It is designed for use with applicants and incumbents for jobs where practical mechanical and electrical knowledge and skill are necessary parts of maintenance job activities.

The Multi-CrafTest is comprised of 60 multiple-choice items and takes less than an hour to complete. Based upon a normative sample of 578 applicants and maintenance employees, the Multi-CrafTest provides a method to benchmark your staff by comparing them with each other as well as other multi-craft workers.

	Welding and Rigging
	Power Transmission, Lubrication, Mechanical Maintenance, Shop Machines, and Tools & Equipment
	Pumps, Piping, and Combustion
	Motors, Control Circuits, and Schematics & Print Reading
	Digital Electronics, Power Supplies, Computers & PLC, and Test Instruments
	Basic AC/DC Theory, Power Distribution, and Electrical Maintenance

Multi-CrafTest Report Scoring

A score is reported for each knowledge area. An overall score is also computed for which a national percentile ranking is derived.
