The BldgTest is designed for use in selecting building maintenance candidates who require diverse skills in areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.

The BldgTest is comprised of 60 multiple-choice items and takes less than an hour to complete. It provides a broad overview of an individual's knowledge in several domains related to building maintenance. Two forms of the test are available that can be used interchangeably: Form B-ED and Form MB-ED. These versions of the Bldg Test are available for sale to DART only.

BldgTest Report Scoring

A raw score and percentile ranking is reported for each knowledge area as well as for the Total Score.
