Comprised of 50 items that are rated on five-point scales, PerformanceFirst takes less than 20 minutes to complete. By assessing an applicant's work history, work motivation, interests, attitudes, opinions, and other job-related factors, PerformanceFirst tells you the likelihood that an individual will perform well on the job and remain with the company.
