It is suitable for use in the United States and Canada to select persons for non-professional roles in operations such as product manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing. Taking less than 20 minutes to complete, this assessment utilizes a job applicant's biographical data to predict job performance and identify individuals with the potential for high-level job performance.
