Administrative and Clerical Questionnaire (ACQ) is an assessment developed by Procter & Gamble for its Global Employee Selection System. It is suitable for use in the United States and Canada to select persons for a variety of administrative, clerical, and secretarial roles. Taking less than 20 minutes to complete, this assessment utilizes a job applicant's biographical data to predict job performance and identify individuals with the potential for high-level job performance.

What the ACQ Measures

Administrative and Clerical Index targets the success attributes of conscientiousness, teamwork, initiative, and problem solving. It is based upon data obtained from a criterion-related validation study of several hundred employees in North America.

Additional Language and Regional Versions Available

A Canadian French version of this assessment is available upon request as well as is a version developed specifically for use in Latin America (in English, Portuguese, and Spanish).
