The New Workforce Inventory (NWI) Short Form
Personal Report is a brief report version of the NWI.
The NWI Short Form is comprised of two graphs plotting the percentile rankings
for each of the NWI dimensions and their facets. This report facilitates job profile
matching with the JRQ but does not provide
interpretive or developmental information found on the full-length New
Workforce Inventory.
The NWI
