The Leadership Versatility Index™: Standard Version (LVI) is a 360º
assessment based upon a model of leadership effectiveness that focuses on the versatility required of
those in senior management positions. Reflecting the multiple demands made of managers, the LVI
focuses upon how flexible and well-rounded an individual's leadership style is. The LVI Standard Version is comprised
of 64 rating scale items and designed to be completed in less than 15 minutes.
The LVI is well-suited for executive coaching, career development,
and management development programs. It can be used as either a stand-alone tool or as an effective
supplementary measure for use in concert with other developmental assessments.
What the LVI Measures
The LVI measures managerial versatility on two dimensions
