The Leadership Versatility Index™: Deluxe Version (LVI) is a 360º assessment based upon a model of leadership effectiveness that focuses on the versatility required of those in senior management positions. Reflecting the multiple demands made of managers, the LVI focuses upon how flexible and well-rounded an individual's leadership style is. The LVI Deluxe Version is comprised of 64 rating scale items supplemented with a series of free response questions. In this, raters are asked to respond to five open-ended behavioral interview questions that bring the meaning of the numbers to life. As a result, the LVI Deluxe Version adds qualitative feedback to the quantitative ratings. It is designed to be completed in under 20 minutes.

The LVI is well-suited for executive coaching, career development, and management development programs. It can be used as either a stand-alone tool or as an effective supplementary measure for use in concert with other developmental assessments.

Responses are reported in both the aggregate and by rater subgroup. Responses to the free text behavioral interview items are also reported.
