Hallmarks of Excellence® in Leadership is an assessment designed to capture the attributes that define excellence in leadership. First, a series of four tests is completed that assess critical characteristics required of high performance leaders. Then, based on an assessment of the individual's pattern of competencies, personality traits, critical thinking skills, and emotional intelligence, an integrated analysis is provided that contrasts the test-taker's profile to the performance attributes of proven high performance leaders. The entire regimen of assessment instruments can be completed in less than two hours.
The results reveal an individual's leadership strengths and limitations and are designed to maximize personal performance, screen candidates, and facilitate succession planning by identifying prospective leaders. The battery is also effective in understanding executive team dynamics and strengthening team performance. Human resource professionals, coaches, and mentors can utilize the in-depth assessment results to maximize the leadership performance of executives and managers.
