The Managerial Values Profile (MVP) is an assessment that helps individuals to identify the values that guide their decisions and actions. The MVP is comprised of 12 forced-choice items and can be completed in 5-8 minutes.
The MVP is designed to help people to identify their own values as well as to understand how they may differ from or be similar to those of others. As a result, the MVP can be used for both individual as well as group development. For teams, this can be very helpful for exploring differences that might underlie conflicts and other problems within the group.
