Team Development Profile (TDP)

The Team
Development Profile (TDP) is a 360° feedback instrument that
focuses upon the functioning of both a team and its members.
Taking about 30 minutes, each team member completes the TDP.
It is comprised of 72 behavioral items rated on a five-point scale
in terms of both current and expected team functioning in addition
to 13 items describing the importance of various aspects of team
behavior.
The TDP
is a unique 360° multi-rater instrument for team development that
provides both individual and team-level feedback. Applications
include team building, identifying high potential team leaders,
work group collaboration, and team needs analyses. Repeated
administrations can serve as a team development benchmarking tool.
The TDP
also comes with a copy of the CCI Self Instructional
Participants Workbook that includes a guide to
interpreting TDP feedback as well as developing a
self-directed action plan.

TDP Report
The TDP
report provides extensive feedback to the participant and is
comprised of the following components:

measuring the difference between the teams current
