March 3, 2004 – Marc Drizin joins pan as Director of Surveys and Workforce Research

Performance Assessment Network, Inc. (pan), announced that Mr. Marc Drizin has recently been hired as Director of Surveys and Workforce Research. Prior to joining pan, Mr. Drizin served in a variety of roles, including VP of employee loyalty research, in his 18 years with Walker Information, and also worked in several positions during his 5 years with Burke Marketing Research. Mr. Drizin is President of the Board of Directors for the Information and Referral Network. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Performance Assessment Network, Inc. (pan) and The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) today announced an exclusive licensing agreement that brings to market pre-employment screening "biodata" tests originally developed for internal use by P&G. The tests have been a key to P&G's ability to recruit and select top employee talent and will now be available to other corporations seeking to improve their hiring success.

October, 2003 – pan Completes Agreement with Gateway
