Marc Drizin joins pan as Director of Surveys and Workforce Research

March 3, 2004. Indianapolis, IN - Performance Assessment Network, Inc. (“pan”), announced that Mr. Marc Drizin has recently been hired as Director of Surveys and Workforce Research. Prior to joining pan, Mr. Drizin served in a variety of roles, including VP of employee loyalty research, in his 18 years with Walker Information, and also worked in several positions during his 5 years with Burke Marketing Research. Mr. Drizin is President of the Board of Directors for the Information and Referral Network. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

A frequent speaker at international and regional conferences, including the Society of Human Resource Management, Mr. Drizin is recognized as one of the pre-eminent authorities on employee loyalty and engagement. He continues to draw the linkage of employee survey data to business performance metrics including turnover and productivity. Mr. Drizin has been featured or quoted in over 3,000 publications and media reports related to employee retention, ethics, and engagement.

At pan, Mr. Drizin will direct all organizational survey and workforce research programs. This includes a suite of employee engagement surveys and benchmarks, as well as the management of customized survey solutions. Using pan’s patented web data management systems, Mr. Drizin and his team are able to efficiently gather survey data and quickly deliver reports to management for action.
