pan Releases New Version of Vita – Talent Management Solution

August 15, 2004 – Performance Assessment Network, Inc. (pan) announced today that it has released a new, significantly enhanced version of its Vita web-based talent management solution. Vita provides recruiting, hiring, and human resource professionals with the Vital Information for Talent Assessment needed to identify and compete for top performers.

Vita 2.0 leverages the combined power of encrypted Internet data management with state-of-the-art human performance measurement techniques. The system supports complex, high-volume selection systems internationally, including programs for major U.S. government departments.

Customers can automate much of their recruitment-assessment-hiring process with Vita. The system automatically generates job requisitions, job applications, biodata, skills, competency, and personality assessments, structured interviews, job scenario and assessment center ratings, and other types of forms and measurements used to evaluate job applicants. Vita is designed to integrate with customer and third-party applications and to accommodate customer change requirements efficiently.

Candidates apply for open job positions 24/7, with simple utilities to manage their application relationship with the employer. Candidate data can be continually searched for matches against new job openings. Hiring managers use display consoles presenting real-time candidate information, rank-ordering of candidates, probabilities of filling jobs, scheduling options, and reports ranging from individual test scores and interview results to aggregate data used for EEOC and trend analysis.
