pan and Hogan Assessment Systems Announce New Strategic Partnership
April 23, 2004. Indianapolis, IN
- Performance Assessment Network, Inc. (pan) and Hogan Assessment Systems today announced a new strategic partnership. pan, a global leader in web based assessment technology and e-testing, will now offer Hogan Assessment Systems three personality assessment inventories as part of its state-of-the-art Web-based test administration system.
pans web-based system is widely recognized and accepted throughout the testing industry as the best in the business, said Dr. Rodney Warrenfeltz, managing partner of Hogan Assessment Systems. The addition of our assessment inventories to their state-of-the-art delivery system significantly extends pans ability to provide best in class assessment tools.
The agreement will allow pan the opportunity to market HAS assessments and reports to a new set of business consumers via pans already-established network of customers. The pan partnership gives us the opportunity to distribute our products on a much wider scale, explained Warrenfeltz.
pans current customers will have the opportunity to begin using Hogan Assessment Systems employee selection and development products almost immediately. This includes access to the firms assessment products and latest reports, including Career Compass, a career guidance tool; and the Leadership Forecast Coaching Report, a self-guided career development tool.
Adding the HAS assessment inventories to our catalogues is a significant move for pan, as we can now give our customers access to their premier personality and leadership instruments, commented pan CEO David Pfenninger. Hogan Assessment Systems inventories rank among the best-validated personality and competency measures in the industry, with solutions grounded in technological mastery and broad psychometric expertise. This makes them a perfect match with our effort to provide the best testing solutions in the industry to our customers.
This is critical, as our clients have strong demands for assessments that predict executive and managerial performance and derailment, as well as general concerns about character and personnel security, Pfenninger added. HAS gives us the validated content to address these needs. pan has partnered very successfully with HAS on previous testing projects, including joint work for the U.S. government, so we see this distribution partnership as a logical next step in our respective market strategies.
