pan and Hogan Assessment Systems Announce New Strategic Partnership

April 23, 2004. Indianapolis, IN - Performance Assessment Network, Inc. (“pan”) and Hogan Assessment Systems today announced a new strategic partnership. pan, a global leader in web based assessment technology and e-testing, will now offer Hogan Assessment Systems’ three personality assessment inventories as part of its state-of-the-art Web-based test administration system.

pan’s web-based system is widely recognized and accepted throughout the testing industry as the best in the business,” said Dr. Rodney Warrenfeltz, managing partner of Hogan Assessment Systems. “The addition of our assessment inventories to their state-of-the-art delivery system significantly extends pan’s ability to provide ‘best in class’ assessment tools.”

The agreement will allow pan the opportunity to market HAS’ assessments and reports to a new set of business consumers via pan’s already-established network of customers. “The pan partnership gives us the opportunity to distribute our products on a much wider scale,” explained Warrenfeltz.

pan’s current customers will have the opportunity to begin using Hogan Assessment Systems’ employee selection and development products almost immediately. This includes access to the firm’s assessment products and latest reports, including Career Compass, a career guidance tool; and the Leadership Forecast Coaching Report, a self-guided career development tool.
